Abstract
ONTOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS of Mathematical Physics of Consciousness and Constant Present with the basic assumption that the Principle of Continuity (Continuity of Universal Consciousness) creates the Continuum of Constant Present as the only physical infinity whose finite (but however large) parts are Space, Mass and Energy. From there follows the temporal mathematics.
He prepares experiments to prove the theory of Time and these are proof for (a) Inexhaustible free energy of our cosmic environment, (b) synthesis of elementary particles, electrons, protons and neutrons from the Light Ether (electromagnetic Spectrum) and consequently the creation of any chemical element of matter, (c) control of internal time coordinates, i.e. voluntary transition from one present to another – a “time machine” which is nothing but a complex electromagnetic, i.e. time-space field of special temporal mathematics.

1992-1994 Founder and editor-in-chief of the philosophical-scientific magazine Tesliana, (bilingual, Serbian/English), Belgrade;
2004 Lecture “Introduction to the Ontology of Time”, Lomonosov State University, Moscow;
